Beth Mead and Millie Turner have been called up to the England Women squad instead of injured Chelsea duo Fran Kirby and Millie Bright.
The Lionesses are scheduled to face Northern Ireland on Tuesday in a world pleasant.
Bright withdrew from the camp to return to Chelsea for remedy, whereas Kirby didn’t report to St George’s Park after choosing up an injury in final weekend’s WSL victory towards Bristol City.
Kirby and Bright “will be fully involved in all team meetings conducted virtually for the duration of the camp”, the FA stated in a press release.
Manchester United defender Turner, receiving her fourth name up to the nationwide staff, and Arsenal striker Mead now have an opportunity to impress head coach Hege Riise forward of this summer time’s Olympics in Tokyo.
“We always knew this would be a complex camp,” stated Riise.
“But we’re delighted to have a fixture towards Northern Ireland to put together ourselves for this week and I’ve been very impressed by the spirit and willpower I’ve witnessed from our gamers in camp up to now.
“Millie Turner and Beth Mead now have an excellent opportunity to impress me and my coaching team on this camp, and we look forward to welcoming them here.
“Being resilient, adaptable and versatile is what we’re all about and it’s a privilege to be working with such a proficient and formidable group of gamers.”
