Listen to the Mars wind blow in these 1st sounds from the Perseverance rover

These sounds are really otherworldly.

NASA’s Perseverance rover recorded 60 seconds of Martian sound on Saturday (Feb. 20), simply two days after its picture-perfect landing inside Jezero Crater. The newly launched file, which options mechanical whirring from the rover and the rustle of a Red Planet breeze, is the first true audio ever captured on the floor of a planet aside from Earth.
