(CNN) — Two company aboard the Celebrity Millennium examined positive for Covid-19 in required end-of-cruise testing, the cruise line stated in a Thursday news launch.
The two positive company, which shared a stateroom on the ship, are asymptomatic and are actually in isolation whereas being monitored by a medical workforce, the discharge stated.
“We are conducting contact tracing, expediting testing for all close contacts and closely monitoring the situation,” the news launch stated.
The ship is crusing “with fully vaccinated crew and guests and following comprehensive protocols that align with our destination partners and exceed CDC guidelines to protect the health and safety of our guests,” the discharge stated.
The 7-day cruise from St. Maarten contains port stops in Barbados, Aruba and Curacao.
All company had been required to indicate vaccination proof and a damaging Covid-19 test inside 72 hours earlier than from St. Maarten Saturday, the discharge stated.
