The Biden-Harris administration is dealing with rising strain to reopen colleges because the battle towards the coronavirus continues. In Vice President Kamala Harris’ first interview since being sworn into workplace, she detailed the plan to reopen safely.
In a Feb. 17 digital sit down with Savannah Guthrie on Today, Harris stated, “Our aim is that, as many [kindergarten through eighth-grade] colleges as potential will reopen inside the first 100 days. Our aim is that will probably be 5 days every week. So we now have to work to realize that aim. But our aim is the aim of fogeys.”

Harris additionally burdened the significance of creating lecturers a precedence, “Teachers are critical to our children’s development.
