“States such as Madhya Pradesh, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh have amended their laws and granted 50% concessions in fees. The state government must amend the Maharashtra Educational Institutions (Regulation of Fees) Act, 2011, and ensure a 50% reduction in fees,” mentioned Bhatkalkar.
